The bottom stained up almost immediately, but the inside is still slick & good looking after a couple months' use. I got this primarily for eggs, to compliment my non-nonstick Cuisinart multiclad set, and for my Birthday I hope to receive the larger skillet for pancakes, etc.

The skillet features a core of pure aluminum bonded to a brushed stainless steel exterior and a titanium reinforced nonstick interior for healthier low fat cooking options. The skillet provides consistent, even heat distribution along the base and side walls. Its solid stainless steel riveted handle stays cooler than other handles and features a convenient hanging loop for ease of storage. Its rim is tapered for drip-free pouring.
